Supplied by our Springs Plant, which has TS 16949 and ISO 9001: 2008 certifications, the automotive division builds on Hickory Springs’ decades of experience in the engineering, design and manufacture of seating for the furniture industry and leverages that expertise to create a new line of world-class automotive seating.

Automotive Seating Construction

Formed Wire for automotive seat structures is high-carbon drawn and induction-tempered steel wire. All of our wire products are highly customizable for any automotive application. To ensure the quality of its bedding components, Hickory Springs even draws its own tempered wire in a wide variety of gauges and conducts, which is rigorously tested throughout the production process.
